Hi! My name is Megan Malo and I am a Registered Psychologist. I specialize in working with neurodiverse folks and those experiencing anxiety, depression or who are recovering from past traumas.
My philosophy towards therapy can be summed up by the words “more ease”. Life is hard enough already and I am committed to working with my clients to see how we can introduce more ease, contentment and meaning into their lives.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, personalized and practical. I am trained in a variety of different therapeutic modalities including ACT, CBT, IFS, Solution focused therapy and EMDR. I draw from all of these different theories to help create a individualized plan with concrete steps to help you achieve your mental health goals.
